Claudia serves as Chief Legal Counsel at WestCove LLC, where she is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the firm’s real estate development operations. With a background in financial services and residential lending, she brings a wealth of experience in managing complex legal matters related to real estate transactions, financing, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.

Prior to joining Westcove, Claudia held a prominent role in the financial services industry, where she advised on residential lending practices, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while structuring lending transactions to meet client objectives. This experience provides a strong foundation for her work in real estate development, where she now oversees legal due diligence, land acquisitions, zoning and land use issues, development agreements, and financing structures.  

A graduate of Chapman University School of Law, Claudia is well-versed in real estate law, corporate governance, and commercial transactions. She provides strategic counsel to the executive team, ensuring that all legal processes align with the firm’s long-term business goals while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. Westcove is dedicated to safeguarding the firm’s interests and facilitating the successful completion of development projects from inception through to execution.
